How Our Salon Works
Thank you for choosing The Socialite Salon. While we pride ourselves on creating a luxurious and professional environment, please remember that each stylist manages their own business within our salon.
Individual Stylist Responsibility: Each stylist at The Socialite Salon operates independently and is responsible for managing their own services and transactions. Consequently, any requests for refunds should be directed to the stylist who provided the service. Our stylists have the discretion to determine the eligibility for a refund based on the circumstances of the service provided.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows our stylists to offer the time slot to other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at the stylist's discretion.
Payment Methods
Payment methods accepted vary by stylist. Most stylists accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment apps. Please confirm payment options with your stylist when booking your appointment.
Health & Safety
The Socialite Salon maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools are properly sanitized between clients, and our stylists follow professional health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for everyone.
